COLTYN – CHISELED COLUMBUS PERSONAL TRAINER
“Coltyn Carpenter is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer studying Exercise Physiology at Ohio University. He has been involved in training since the age of 11 and has built a strong foundation in fitness through years of consistent work in the gym and participation in sports.
With a background in football, baseball, and wrestling, Coltyn brings a well-rounded understanding of strength, conditioning, and athletic performance. He applies principles of anatomy and kinesiology to help clients train efficiently and achieve optimal results.
His coaching style is structured, supportive, and goal-oriented, with an emphasis on proper form, strong fundamentals, and steady progression. Clients can expect clear guidance, accountability, and individualized programs tailored to their goals.
Coltyn believes success in fitness is built on consistency, discipline, and patience, and he works to instill those habits in every client he trains. His goal is to help clients build lasting results and confidence inside and outside the gym.
Outside of training, Coltyn enjoys hunting, fishing, and country music. ”
